Dareen's 10 weeks transformation.
What is a physique transformation ?
It's an image, a final product you wanted your body to look like. Weather you were skinny and wanted to add muscle mass, over weight and wanted to cut down or muscular and wanted to shred your muscles . There is lot of forms of transformation . It's all about how YOU want to look like and makes you feel the most comfortable in your own skin.
What does it take to achieve transformation ?
Consistency in training, cardio and nutrition plan that suits your body and goals . On a pro level of course the medicine gets involved, but remember, 'mind 'who creat the goal, is always going to be the key factor then everything else follow .

When I was a kid, I used to be chubby and being teased as "Fei Mui". Obviously, I wasn't being happy to be called like that and I was really hated looking at myself into the mirror.When I were 15,I started to go on a very strict diet so that I can be skinny. And yes I did it and I proved to them! But things turned the other way round when I found myself anorexic when I was 20. I felt fed up and so tired of trying all those diet pills and diet plans. Thereafter, I started to join a gym, started working out, eating more healthily and I found myself deeply fell in love in exercising.
Life is full with the ups and downs. There were times I were physically and mentally broke down. But as people said 'If you fall seven times , you get back up 14 times'. I always come back stronger and I still not letting go my fitness journey. I turned my passion into my career, and yes I am currently a certified personal trainer. One of my goals is to be an inspirational fitness leader in helping people around me to have a long term sustainable health and fitness journey .
So to all of you who already embark or yet to embark into your fitness journey, remember 'Be patient, be committed and be the best version of yourself' because habits don't develop overnight, it takes some time to develop. Keep moving, and keep getting fitter ! Create your own fitness journey!
