【#有事沒事曬器材｜Fujifilm X100V】

持有X100V至今滿三個月，扣除送修的七個星期，算了一下大概也拍了一個多月了（淚

我承認是為了外形買這台相機，但富士的底片色彩模式確實非常討喜，是我認為可以直接出圖的發色，或許是這樣，X100V反而是這陣子我出門一定會帶的相機，方便又舒服。

拍照久了，對於自己的作品總會有些要求，像是水平歪斜、邊角小雜物亂入、畫面的裁切與主題強化等等，對我來說都是難以忍受的瑕疵，很難視而不見。

剛開始我拍攝RAW+JPG，覺得喜歡的照片，就會直接將該JPG檔，上傳至平台(FB/IG/Flickr)分享，並保留RAW。後來為了那些難以忍受的小瑕疵，決定只拍RAW，進我習慣的LR再套用相機描述檔使用與微調，同時能保有最接近機身的發色，才轉出JPG檔。

But...!!!

富士的RAW跟LR肯定八字不和，導入LR後的畫質慘不忍睹，檢視細節看起來就像是失焦的狀態，害我一度以為X100V的細節與銳度就是這麼爛，可以從貼文的第二與第三照片看出端倪。

後來跟用富士老司機朋友討論，這才發現富士的RAW只能用其他軟體修圖(Capture One之類的)，或轉檔導入LR。

在不想花錢買這些軟體的狀況下，最終妥協的免費方法就是，到富士官網下載『RAW FILE CONVERTER EX 3.0 powered by SILKYPIX』，將RAW轉成TIFF再導入LR，雖然超級麻煩又很慢，但至少是正常畫質。

就這樣，之後有時間再整理一篇開箱文與大家分享吧😆😆

here's an insight into what a line producer does which i'll summarise it to make it easier for people to understand: we're basically the event managers of the entire production. I was just a line producer when I was still working at this company so I didn't go into depth of every aspect of creating a tv commercial. Nevertheless it was a wonderful and eye opening experience working in such field and I can't wait to be back soon :)

p/s - if my ex colleagues or bosses watches this video i- sksksks im shy pls shh ANDDD that adult swim trend that has been going around lately has been so interesting, i just had to jump in the bandwagon hehe so fun!

モノグルコシルルチンの作用は動物実験において高脂肪食を摂るマウスにおいて体重の減少が見られました
人間での臨床試験は見つからなかったのですが、高脂肪食下での摂取で効果が見られる可能性があります。
インスリンの分泌抑制ならばブドウ糖をグリコーゲンや中性脂肪に変換するのを抑制するので、高脂肪食以外でも効果がある可能性はあると思います。

小林製薬のサラシアに含まれる成分は　ネオコタラノール
今回の成分は　サラシノール
両方とも植物のサラシアに含まれる成分ですが、α-グルコシダーゼ阻害作用をどちらが有しているかはハッキリとしていないようです
しかし、両方の成分にα-グルコシダーゼ阻害作用があると言う届出があるため、今回の動画ではサラシノールにαグルコシダーゼ阻害作用があり、小林製薬のサラシア100と同じ効果が期待できると紹介しております。

NOPE, NOT FOR ME. Unless..... HAHAHAAH IM JUST KIDDING but it's a wonderful thought don't you think? I made this video cos i had so many questions about being a young mum especially in this economy... obviously i don't understand how people my age can even THINK about cloning themselves like this but after talking to Mawar, i can see the reason why now. Women are such strong beings, i cant stress this enough. Love & treat your ladies yalls (yes i am directly talking to u boys).
