健身中,突然想到我最近很少更新照片。其實是因為最近沒有拍什麼厲害的照片。(舊的倒是還有很多厲害的沒po)。但我覺得這樣感覺很少見到你們,有距離感。所以想問的是: 你們會比較喜歡我有厲害照片再po還是平時像更新狀態的po照片 (比如像我現在健身但不見得很精彩)
In the middle of my workout and just thinking that I haven't been posting any recent photos. The truth is I haven't taken any amazing photos recently.(I do have a lot of amazing old ones that I haven't shared yet) The point being, I feel like I'm not as connected to you guys if I only wait until i have a worthy photo. My question for you is, would you rather me only post when I have a cool photo or post regularly like status updates of what I'm up to (for example this photo in the gym but not that impressive)

Since I've signed up for the AIA Vitality programme, I've challenged myself to hit Gold status in 6 months. That means I'll have to diligently earn “AIA Vitality Points” through health and fitness activities such as public runs, annual vaccination, mammograms and so forth. The more points I earn, the greater my rewards.
After years of not participating in marathons, I've finally signed up for the Men’s Health Women’s Night Run by AIA Vitality on 30th July at Putrajaya.
It's only a week away so I'm keeping a strict workout regime even when I'm traveling.
I alternate between stairs climbing and jogs if I can't get to a gym.
Hope I've trained sufficiently to complete the 12km that I've signed up for!
Anyone else going for the Night Run hosted by AIA Vitality? :D
