This was me 7 days ago
I resisted eating like a mad dog for 5 days after my recent F Up, but sadly I just repeated another stress eating, finished devouring so much fast food all under 5-10 min
I shot this pic to remind myself that I fk up again…
Normally my instinct is to Go to the Gym & Lift
But this time I didn’t do that, instead I just ate like a mad man again who looked like he hasn’t eaten for 45 days
And I’ve faced this episode - many many times
This was one of those things I know that if I kept doing, it’s just gonna end up really bad for myself
And the truth is, I wasn’t willing to deal with the stress at the time and kept holding on to it, ending in another terrible binge eat that made me felt depressed & pissed off about myself
It was a downward spiral as I started to depend on Food more than ever - Not for energy & health purpose but more towards mental temporary relief
And I had enough
Enough of the BS I tell myself - that it’s okay to just eat and enjoy the moment
Enough of Stress Eating - it’s time to earn back self control & discipline
It starts now
I’m sharing this, not to gain pity, but because I know how fkn hard stress eating messes up my body and I didn’t know whom to talk to - because normally it’s people who reached out to me!
I felt ashamed as I tell people to show up and keep the fire burning, but my own fire is being put off by myself
Whatever my personal reasons are - it is not an excuse to keep fking up, and that’s why I’m sharing this publicly to hold myself accountable to all of you, and to commit to a Plan
I don’t believe in perfection - but I believe in owning up to my shit & to take full control to transform into the Beast I know I am Capable of being
I hope this simple sharing can give some of you who struggle with the same problem - some courage & energy to change something for the better
I know it’s tough af, but you’re not alone and that you can be in control, as long as you’re willing to put in the effort 🔥

I've always been interested in making animation.
Because it seemed fun if my illustration moved.
This time I made it happen with a music video.
It's a mediocre anime where my girl eats ice cream for 3 minutes.
I spent two months making this mediocre anime.
I studied anime on my own and created it by myself.
Very Lack of technology, it's a mediocre anime, but I like it.
I drew 741 illustrations with her hands and ice cream alone.

Even if everyone laughs because of lack of technology
Even if no one sees this work and it is ignored

This little sunshine of mine turns 5 months old today! Yup, I took this photo of him this morning and was wondering "Where did all the time go? You are so chubby now and getting bigger each day!" Haha.
Let's see, he has learnt to flip and does it over and over again when we lay him down. He can hold his head high for long during tummy time and is always curiously looking around. He smiles whenever he sees himself in the mirror and his laughter is infectious. He likes to pull our hair or shirts because it gives him a bigger sense of security.
He loves eating his fingers and drools all the time. He likes to look at us with his big round eyes and loves being with his Jiejies and Korkor. He loves to go gai gai and will now 乖乖 sit in his stroller when we are out. He enjoys his baths and can't stop kicking or splashing about. He went for his first 'swim' and it looks like he will be a water baby because he likes to soak in the pool. He still wakes up a couple of times every night to look for Mama and drink milk yet I look forward to those one-on-one, peaceful moments with him.
He loves being carried by all of us and doesn't like to be alone. He gets kissed a hundred times, or a few hundred times, a day because we just can't help it yet he doesn't seem to mind. Haha.
Thank you, baby boy, for making our world a better and happier one by just being in it. We love you to the moon and back! ❤

【材料】
●茄子:8本
●醤油:大さじ2
●片栗粉:大さじ6
●小麦粉:大さじ3
●あごだし(4倍濃縮):小さじ1(めんつゆ、白だしでもOK)
●ナンプラー:大さじ1(味にとんでもない深みが出てマジおすすめ)
●みりん:大さじ2
●生姜:小さじ2
●にんにく:小さじ2(無くても十分美味しいよ)
●ごま油:大さじ1(油でコーティングしてあげると変色防止にもなります)
●ブラックペッパー
●米油(普通の油でもOKだけど米油を使うとヘルシーになるよ)
お好みでマヨネーズ、七味唐辛子
※ナンプラーが苦手だったり、無い方は醤油を大さじ1追加して下さい。
※にんにくと生姜はフレッシュタイプにするとより香りが良くなって美味しいです。

ばあちゃん直伝の『超やべぇ茄子のやみつきから揚げ』を作りました。
衣サクサク、中とろとろ♪この食感だけでもたまらなく美味しいんですが
噛んだ瞬間、茄子から溢れ出る2種類の魚の旨味と風味がとにかく最高にやみつきで
一度食べだしたらマジ止められない…まさにこれぞ無限茄子!!!
揚げてるとは思えないくらいあっさりヘルシーなのも夏には最高なんですよね♪
簡単な上にお財布にも優しい、ばあちゃんの美味しい知恵が沢山詰まった自慢のレシピです。
是非作ってみて下さい。
思った以上に食べれちゃうので多めに作る事をオススメしますw
[Ingredients]
● Eggplants: 8
● Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
● Potato starch: 6 tablespoons
● Flour: 3 tablespoons
● Fish Stock: 1 teaspoon (4 times concentrated)
● Nam Pla: 1 tablespoon (I recommend it because it adds a tremendous depth of flavor)
● Mirin: 2 tablespoons
● Ginger: 2 teaspoons
● Garlic: 2 teaspoons (it's delicious without it)
● Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon (Coating with oil helps prevent discoloration)
● Black pepper
● Rice oil (You can use regular oil, but rice oil will make it healthier)
Mayonnaise and 7-flavor spices to taste
※If you don't like Nam Pla or don't have it, add a tablespoon of soy sauce.
※Fresh garlic and ginger are more fragrant and delicious.

●油揚げ:8枚
●えのき:1パック
●薄切り豚バラ肉:約400g
●塩こしょう
●お酒
[やみつきテリヤキたれ]
●醤油:大さじ3
●みりん:大さじ3
●お酒:大さじ2
●オイスターソース:大さじ1
●砂糖:大さじ1(はちみつでも美味しいよ)
●おろしにんにく:小さじ1(無くても十分美味しいよ)
●最後にブラックペッパー:お好み量
※動画では爪楊枝を縦に刺しちゃってますが
横に縫うように刺してあげれば焼く時の邪魔にならないです!
でも縦の方が簡単なのでお好きな方でやってみてね♪
※お好みで七味唐辛子、マヨネーズ
※糖質制限をされている方は砂糖をラカントとかにしてあげると更に糖質オフ出来ますよ♪
※半分にカットした後に最後断面だけ焼き色を付けてあげるとより美味しそうに見えてオススメ!

[Ingredients] (Preservation period: about 3 days refrigerated)
● Deep fried tofu: 8 sheets
● Enoki mushrooms: 1 pack
● Thinly sliced pork belly: about 400g
● Salt and pepper
● Sake
[Teriyaki sauce]
● Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
● Mirin: 3 tablespoons
● Sake: 2 tablespoons
● Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
● Sugar (honey is also delicious): 1 tablespoon
● Grated garlic: 1 teaspoon (It tastes good without it)

※ Shichimi (Japanese mixed spice) and mayonnaise as you like
※ If you are on a sugar-restricted diet, you can reduce the sugar
content further by substituting LACANTS for the sugar.
※ I recommend browning the last section after cutting it in half to
make it look more delicious!

[Ingredients]
● Chicken breast: 1 piece (about 300g)
● Sugar: 1 teaspoon
● Salt: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
● Salt Koji: 1 tablespoon
● A pinch of garlic
● Whole chicken broth (or consommé): 1/2 teaspoon
● Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
● Appropriate amount of black pepper (you can use any herb salt you like)
I recommend eating it with wasabi ♪
※ Use a large pot with as much hot water as possible (to reduce the
temperature change).
※ It will take a little longer depending on the thickness of the meat,
but please turn off the heat, cover the pot and leave it alone for at
least 30 minutes.
