看到最近的動態，都知道我很努力在訓練十一月的 #LAVA花蓮鐵人三項 😂
訓練的模式、意志力、心態及飲食攝取控制都非常不簡單，包括自己習以為常重訓都是肌肉爆發力的使用，短時間內要轉換成肌耐力的召喚。真心對於各位鐵人好手打從內心的佩服👏🏾
為什麼會接下這次的運動賽事代言呢？
因為小小的心中有個大大的夢。
我的SLOGAN：POWER IS THE NEW SEXY.
現代女性不流行瘦弱美了，忠於自我風格才是王道，健身美非常性感美麗🔥
以前的我也是白白瘦瘦氣質型女生，受限於他人對於演員的看法，不只演藝圈尤其在現在這個社會，有段時間還因為我練壯變小麥色而責備我呢！那段時間的我困惑過。
但現在的我好熱愛自己、真正的自我❤️
所以除了一直致力推廣亞洲女性重訓這塊&有別於以往白瘦美的傳統審美觀念。藉由這次的賽事推廣，真的希望女性朋友們一起投入運動，無論是健身、騎車、爬山登山、越野跑還是鐵人三項。藉由運動，真的能夠讓妳找到更棒的自我，妳會更有力量💪🏾對於生活、工作、感情。
訓練過程中更加了解身體，
心靈一次比一次更加茁壯，
妳值得更好的生活更好的自己～

I’m an actress. Two years ago, I was also a skinny white girl, limited by other people's views. Not only in the entertainment industry, especially in the present society. When I got stronger, someone blamed me because my transformation. I was confused during that time and not happy.
But now I love myself, TRUE SELF!!
Therefore, in addition to always promoting women's workout in ASIA, new concepts of beauty. I really hope that girls come to join in sports. Whether in fitness, cycling, mountain climbing or triathlon.
By exercising, you can find a better self, and you will have more power for life, work, and love💗
