5 biji telur
10 gm tepung jagung
120 gm gula aising
110 gm tepung naik sendiri
80 gm minyak jagung
1 sb serbuk penaik
1 sb esen vanila
Bahan-bahan (Telur Putih Keju)
250 gm krim keju
125 gm gula aising
1 sb esen vanila
1 1/2 sb esen mangga
250 ml susu segar
Bahan-bahan (Telur Merah Puding)
400 ml air
1 paket serbuk puding mangga
Cara memasak
1. Kek: Dengan menggunakan mesin pengadun, pukul telur sehingga kembang kemudian masukkan gula aising sedikit demi sedikit sehinggga sebati. Kemudian, masukkan esen vanila.
2. Ayakkan tepung jagung, tepung naik sendiri, serbuk penaik ke dalam dan kacau sebati menggunakan teknik kaup-balik.
3. Kemudian, tuangkan minyak jagung dan kacau sebati.
4. Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang kek yang dialaskan dengan baking paper.
5. Bakar pada suhu 160 selama 30-40 minit.
6. Keluarkan dan sejukkan kek seketika. Ketepikan.
7. Telur Putih Keju: Pukul krim keju, gula aising, susu segar, esen vanila, dan esen mangga.
8. Pukul sehingga kembang dan larut. Ketepikan.
9. Puding Telur Merah: Masak air sehingga mendidih dan masukkan serbuk puding mangga.
10. Masak sehingga larut dan tuangkan campuran tersebuk ke dalam mangkuk.

Ingredients (Cake)
5 nos eggs
10 gm corn flour
120 gm icing sugar
110 gm self raising flour
80 gm corn oil
1 tbsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
Ingredients (Egg White Cheese)
250 gm cream cheese
125 gm icing sugar
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
1 1/2 tbsp of mango essence
250 ml fresh milk
Ingredients (Egg Yolk Pudding)
400 ml water
1 packet mango pudding powder
Cooking methods
1. Cake: While using mixer, beat egg until fluffy then add in icing sugar bit by bit until combine. Then, add in vanilla essence.
2. Sieve corn flour, self raising flour, baking powder and mix everything well using folding technique.
3. Then, pour in corn oil and mix everything well.
4. Pour the batter into cake mold that layered with baking paper.
5. Bake at 160 for 30-40 minutes.
6. Take out from the oven and let them cool. Set aside.
7. Egg White Cheese: Beat cream cheese, icing sugar, fresh milk, vanilla essence and mango essence.
8. Beat until the mixture fluffy and dissolve. Set aside.
9. Egg Yolk Pudding: Cook water until boiling and add in mango pudding powder.
10. Cook until the powder dissolve and pour the mixture into mold.
11. Let them set inside fridge for while.
12. Then, pour the egg white cheese and put the mango pudding at center of the cake.
13. Egg fried cake is ready to be served.

Bahan-bahan
350 ml susu segar
100 ml krim putar bukan tenusu
150 gm gula kastor
1 sb esen vanila
secubit garam
4 biji telur
puff pastri
Cara memasak
1. Pecahkan telur dan masukkan esen vanila, gula kastor, susu segar, krim putar bukan tenusu dan garam.
2. Pukul seketika sehingga campuran sebati. Ketepikan.
3. Taburkan sedikit tepung gandum ke atas papan canai dan potong puff pastry menggunakan cookies cutter.
4. Canai dan bentukkan puff pastry tersebut pada acuan aluminum.
5. Cucuk permukaan puff pastry menggunakan garfu.
6. Tapiskan campuran telur dan tuang ke dalam acuan.
7. Bakar di dalam air fryer selama 15 minit pada suhu 160°C .

1. Crack eggs and add in vanilla essence, castor sugar, fresh milk, non dairy whipping cream and salt.
2. Whisk until the mixture well combine. Set aside.
3. Dust flour on chopping board and cut puff pastry using cookies cutter.
4. Roll and shape the puff pastry on an aluminum mold.
5. Using a fork press the tines into the bottom of the puff pastry.
6. Sieve the egg mixture and pour in the mixture.

4. Campurkan santan, air, garam dan gula. Kacau sebati.

1 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of water
2 strands of pandan leave (knotted)

1 tsp of corn starch
Cooking methods
1. Soak glutinous rice for at least 30 minutes before steaming.
2. Add in pandan leaves and steam until cook for 25 minutes.
3. Remove and set aside.
4. Mix coconut milk, water, salt and sugar. Stir to combine.
5. Pour the coconut milk mixture into steamed glutinous rice and mix all well. Set aside.
6. Coconut Sauce: Boil water and add in pandan leaves.
7. Pour coconut milk and stir well.
8. Season with salt and sugar to taste.
9. Add in corn flour and stir the sauce until thicken. Set aside.
10. Served the glutinous sticky rice, coconut sauce and fresh mango slices. Garnish with black sesame.
11. Sweet mango glutinous sticky rice is ready to be served.
