這幾天我一直很渴望巧克力蛋糕🤤
所以研發了這個吃完0罪惡感
一塊只要56卡
一整個吃完也只有340kcal
還能補充47克蛋白質❗️
用智能萬用鍋の烘焙模式蒸烤出這個
高纖無麵粉、富含蛋白質的完美的巧克力蛋糕
結果實在太令我驚豔了,超成功又美味~
重點是超飽XD
只需要5⃣️種材料0⃣️失敗率

👩🍳材料:
2顆蛋
50g巧克力蛋白粉(可以使用你喜愛的品牌)
100ml 夏威夷豆奶
5g泡打粉
20g纖維粉
作法:
1⃣️把蛋、蛋白粉、纖維粉、泡打粉依序加入容器內並用打蛋器攪拌均勻。
2⃣️加入夏威夷豆奶,攪打成滑順狀
3⃣️倒入玻璃容器中
4⃣️放入萬用鍋中,按烘焙模式
5⃣️鍋子逼逼聲響了之後就可以開鍋倒入盤子中
6⃣️可以單吃也可以加入喜愛的配料一起享用!
備註:沒有萬用鍋的可以用電鍋蒸20分鐘
🏷️營養與熱量:
🌟一整個蛋糕:340kcal/8C/13F/47P
🌟一片蛋糕(分成六等分):56kcal/1C/2F/8P
這次的蛋糕非常紮實,口感如果想要綿密濕潤一些
可以加入一些草飼奶油
口感會更棒!

他們家的植物奶比市面上的還要濃郁富有奶香
夏威夷豆奶的熱量也相對全脂牛奶還要低

20g fiber powder
5g baking powder
100ml macadamia milk
2eggs
❇️ Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients + 100ml of macadamia milk
2. Pour the mixture in a glass bowl
3. Put in the steamer for about 20minutes
