ช่วงนี้ผมฝึก Calisthenics เป็นหลัก รวมกับการฝึก Weight training ด้วยประมาณนึง
Calisthenics จะฝึกท่า Handstand,Front lever 2ท่านี้เป็นหลักซึ่งปัจจุบันนี้ทำได้ดีขึ้นมากๆ
Weight training จะฝึกเรื่องความสมดุลของกล้ามเนื้อและบุคลิก และเน้นสร้างกล้ามเนื้อที่เราด้อยนั้นก็คือ อกบน และ หลังส่วนบน(ความหนา) รวมถึงฝึกความแข็งกับท่าBench press และ Deadlift ด้วย
และช่วงนี้ผมไม่ได้ฝึกท่าเล่นขาเลยถ้าไม่นับDeadlift เพราะว่าการฝึกขาหรือมีขาที่ใหญ่(น้ำหนักเยอะ)มันส่งผลต่อการฝึก Calisthenics มากๆ ถ้าขาหนักทุกๆท่าจะฝึกยากมากๆแม้กระทั่งฝึกด้วยการใส่รองเท้าก็มีผลในการฝึกๆมาก ผมจึงหยุดการเล่นขาไปก่อนเพื่อเป้าหมายที่แท้จริงของผม
ช่วงนี้ผมใช้บาร์ไม้(parallettes) บ่อยมากๆ ทุกวันเลยก็ว่าได้ มันทำให้การฝึกง่ายขึ้นและปลอดภัยมากขึ้น ไม่เจ็บข้อมือ ทำให้ฝึกได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง

What is Calisthenics?
a. Calisthenics = High-Intensity Bodyweight Training
b. Training equipment is including high bar, parallel bar, rings, floor, a wall at the park.
c. Training style is similar to gymnastic training - pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, dips, handstand, rings routine, planche, L-sit...
d. Calisthenics can strengthen your shoulders, back & arms, and you can develop decent abs definition.
Most of the Calisthenics athletes have low body fat percentage, decent mobility & flexibility.
e. Calisthenics have many advantages over traditional exercises, for example, rings muscle-ups over biceps curl, handstand push-ups over barbell overhead press, dips over cable triceps extension...
f. Pull-up & Chin-up are "kinetic chain" exercises that are able to build your functional strength. And they're mulit-joint movements.

2019 đuổi đến mông rồi các ông ơi! Để kết thúc năm 2018 thì mình chơi 1 buổi tập toàn thân là hợp lý rồi. Tập toàn thân sẽ giúp chúng ta đốt được nhiều calo và phát triển cơ bắp hiệu quả hơn. Cảm giác cả cơ thể cùng pump cũng phê nữa. Xem video và triển cùng luôn nhé!
Các bài tập kết thúc 2018:
1. Muscle Ups (x10 reps)
2. Squat (x10 reps)
3. Deadlift (x10 reps)
4. Incline DB Press (x10 reps)
5. Pull Up (Max)
6. Head Banger (Max)
7. Diamond to Regular push up (Max)
8. Barbell Over Row (x10 reps)
9. Handstand Hold (Max)
10. Burpee (x12)
Tập tất cả từ 3-4 vòng tuỳ sức, giữa mỗi hiệp nghỉ 30-40s nhé mọi người
