Lovelies! You guys should definitely try this High Protein Sirap Bandung Recipe! It is so delicious 😍
🧺 Ingredients (2 servings)
1️⃣ ½ cup pitted dates, roughly chopped (adjust to sweetness preference)
2️⃣ ½ red dragon fruit
3️⃣ ¼ cup of water
4️⃣ 2 scoops (300 ml) Organic Phytosure Pea Protein
5️⃣ ¾ teaspoon of natural rosewater
Method 🥤
1️⃣ Put dates and a bit of water into a small bowl for an hour to soak.
- Once the dates have softened, blend them with the soaking water, then strain the liquid.
2️⃣ Blend the dragon fruit and strain to remove the seeds.
3️⃣ Pour in (150ml) Organic Phytosure Pea Protein in a tall glass. (Per serving)
4️⃣ Then add in a little bit of natural rosewater, combine and stir together the ingredients.
5️⃣ Throw in some ice or chill it in fridge!
Note: I separate the blended dates and dragon fruits so you can alter the taste according to your preferences! If you like it sweeter, add in more dates. If you like it to be slightly on the fresh side, add in more dragon fruits!
Same goes to the consistency of Organic Phytosure Pea Protein. If you like it creamier, make sure the consistency is a bit thick and pour in less water. If you like it light, add in more water. You can also make this recipe as a smoothie too! Just blend everything together at once 😍

This is a fun episode that I decided to shoot! A lot of people ask what I have in my morning shake. I sometimes mix up what I put in my shake but these are the rough ingredients that are in there. I go into basic details of way I put them into the shakes and the benefits of each ingredient. I would love to hear how you guys make your shakes in the morning!
