消失了那麼多天 🙈
先來跟大家報個平安。
最近展開了個大project!
逐篇逐篇的把這個由2017年開始的facebook page,back up到Wordpress!
暫時先鎖定當時的100篇challenge,
都是些寫得較有心機和較長篇的文章。
原先想把整個page都移過去後才告訴大家,
但工程浩大,一下子也移不完和看不完,
所以略有所成就先讓還沒看過的讀者們先多多捧場吧:

然而我消失數天的主要原因,
還是事緣前天開始我的pubic bone area突然劇痛,
查了一下是孕後期都頗常有的情況,
可能是pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain (PGP) or symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD).
尤其行路的話真的超痛,
一步一驚心,
終於明白點解有d孕婦行到成隻蟹咁。。。
所以都無咩心機煮飯,也經常卧床休息。
(讓大家看看這星期的頹食 🙈)
但還是有出花園淋花、晾衫等,
盡量行下。。。
今天不知是已適應了疼痛還是真的略有改善,
痛楚有較tolerable 😖
但還是盡量行動緩慢。。。
媽媽可能提前星期日便要出發,
星期一便來到了!

First time using @letsnixit menstrual cup + @shethinx last nite and here’s what I think.

Nixit cup was easy to insert & less to fiddle with once inside. The picture instruction was pretty easy to follow & surprisingly it didn’t leak after the first half an hr which was the problem I kept having with @mooncupltd but to be fair I probably had the wrong cup size 🤷🏻♀️ The tip to use Nixit is to push as far back inside & tuck the rim behind yr pubic bone. I still haven’t mastered getting the cup out without spilling it 🙄 but it’s only day 1...practice...practice

I recently bought my first High-Waist Thinx period panty & wore it during bedtime last nite. I was scared of leakage so I put a towel on top of my mattress just in case 😳Surprisingly, my Thinx felt mostly dry w only tiny leakage (thats from me sneezing during the nite 🙄 so my VJJ muscles pushed the cup out of place a bit).

Honestly, I cannot believe how well this combo is working 👏🏻👏🏻 this mean I will help the environment by not using pads/tampons anymore plus I will save lots of $$$ as Nixit & Thinx is reusable for years. I highly recommend both products & ladies pls pls give it a go before u snub it!

My practice of backbend in squared front splits.

What is squared front splits? What is open hip?
Squared front splits is two hip points and pubic bone are in alignment, with hips and belly button pointing forward, and the knee (and top of the ankle) of back leg should be pointed directly down towards the floor, so that you will feel stable when you try to backbend in splits.
Most people dislike this since it can take them farther away from a split touchdown. But for training and deep stretching, the square hip position is the best because it ensures you are stretching the hip and hamstring evenly.

By opening or turning out the hips, you can exacerbate that imbalance. Squaring your hips is a better position for the body when adding load/weight/pressure because it’s more balanced and more "correct" from an anatomical standpoint. The stretch is thus more balanced and even.
On the other hand, the open hip position will have a greater range of motion with the back leg externally rotated because of how the bones in the hip socket fit together. It's not a dangerous position in itself, but it is imbalanced.

So, let's do squared hip splits in practice!
