注意事項:
1.暫不接受近日曾接受重大手術、有出血性傷口或裝有心律調整器者。
2.建議安排預約時段時,不要把行程排得太緊、馬上接著從事燒腦忙碌、熱鬧喧嘩的活動,最好在結束後可以留給自己一些靜默獨處時間。
Precautions:
1. Who have undergone major surgery recently, have hemorrhagic wounds or implanted heart rhythm regulators are temporarily not accepted.
2. Recommended that when arranging the scheduled timetable, do not arrange the itinerary too tightly, and immediately proceed to the busy, lively and noisy activities. It is better some quiet time alone after the end.

WE ARE BACK!
During CB, we served the community for 6 weeks as we journey together through a time of immerse uncertainty. In that 6 weeks, we shared about conflict resolution, setting healthy boundaries, different relaxation techniques, anxiety management etc. CB ended, and our bi-weekly sessions also came to an end. But as promised, we did not stop planning ahead on how we can continue to grow this little @wonderandwellness community.
We are extremely heartened and encouraged to hear so many positive feedbacks sessions after sessions! We heard you. And so, our small team of 3 have worked very hard to prepare for this moment, in bringing you more relatable positive pshychology topics and useful lifelong techniques.
@jadeseah, @the_positive_movement Claire and i have discussed deeply over so many phone calls on the best format to continue @wonderandwellness. In the end, we have decided, while we will still keep the usual format of 3 of us running a session together once a month - on a weekly basis, each of us will carry out our individual sessions that speaks to us most.
All 3 of us are so different in what we are passionate about. So this new format will only bring about more exciting and diversed topics! I dont know about the 2 of them, but holding a session on my own, really required me to step out of my comfort zone. But knowing how much I'll be able to help the community, I've decided to take that leap of faith!
Weekly sessions will be communicated through our individual IGs, on @wonderandwellness and on our beautiful website that @jadeseah had designed www.wonderandwellness.co. All our collaterals, color schemes, graphics, logo and everything beautiful that you see are designed and consulted by @pingindream. Very grateful for the help, Ping. Thank you!!

Getting sentimental as i write this post.
Thank you so much for journeying with @jadeseah, @the_positive_movement and i through this 6 weeks of #CircuitBreaker. Big thanks for regulars who'd joined us right from the beginning, when we were still trying to figure our way out and unsure if what we did was going to be good. And thank you for people who had walked with us, provided their generous and precious feedbacks and shared their stories with us.
In this 6 weeks, we've shared so much conversations and tools on anxiety, boundaries, communications, decluttering of physical and emotional space, conflict management, relaxation techniques, etc. We've reflected and journal on our experiences and stories. Thank you for listening. And most importantly, thank you for being vulnerable. Thank you for making this community a safe one. Thank you for giving us your trust. You've all been so brave and courageous!
The existance for #WonderandWellness was never just a place for chatting and sharing. Our goal is to equip everyone who'd joined with useful tools and skillsets that they can takeaway from for the rest of their lives.
