🍑Kneeling Cable Pull-Throughs
Cable機跪姿髖屈伸(臀部訓練)
這是個非常有效的孤立臀肌訓練動作👍🏽
想要增加蜜桃臀的大小、或是提升力量,都來參考這個動作吧
不正確的方式:
❌一開始的跪姿雙腿距離太窄
❌反行程時沒有抵抗阻力,完全放鬆直接坐下
❌作動只是單純靠膝蓋的彎曲伸直
👉🏽這樣子的話只是單純訓練股四頭肌,完全沒有練到臀肌
正確的方式:
✅跪姿雙腿距離適中
✅把這個動作想像成臀推
✅反行程時要讓臀部移動,傾斜到骨盆後傾
✅反行程時臀部和膝蓋都是要保持彎曲
✅推到頂峰時hold一秒,感受她

The Kneeling cable pull-through is a great exercise that trains the glutes.
❌ Starting on the knees at a narrow stance, sitting back down and repeating only bending at knees. Doing it like this will make your quads take over the whole exercise! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅ This is a bit like the hip thrust. You gotta allow your hips to move (anterior to posterior pelvic tilt). Bend at knee AND hips when going back down! Allow your neck to follow align with your spine. Place your legs/knees pretty wide! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I don't see myself at the peak yet but over this 2 years I've changed. The picture on your left is me who is not only 103 Kg but also that me who used to be really insecure with the crowd , yes I admit I used to have rather an odd physique , I even had an anterior pelvic tilt which i had corrected by plainly exercise movements that I did daily. To be honest I would legit delete every single full portrait picture of mine cause of the voices that'll haunt and remind me of how embarrassing I look 😞.
I used that voice as much as I could to make it to the person at the right now.The breakthrough started on this day I was just feeling really low and told myself hey you know that it's not impossible for you to change your physique right? You know what?! if it makes you feel good , go for it man! Do it for yourself !! You're responsible for your body sam. 😌
And on the right is me currently at 76Kg. I really wish that I could go back and tell my oldself hey listen you really don't have to be that insecure about how you look. All that matters is who you are as a person and what you are doing to make yourself a better man daily , stop getting sad and don't give up on your body by saying you're already fat and continue to eat more junks cause of that. It wasn't easy for me to get through this process.
Many times I felt like quitting halfway and give in to that unhealthy meals, in fact I have. I know it's hard but your body is every decision you make ! "It's hard but it's not impossible" just remind yourself that, maybe it's going to take another week ? Months? Or maybe years to see the result but if you stop today and give in, it'll take you even longer ! So don't give up on yourself and remind yourself that "it's not impossible" 💪🏼

Planking 👉🏻 the good, the bad and the downright dangerous.
The plank is a commonly used core exercise. Used correctly it can be BRILLIANT at developing overall tension throughout the body and enabling deep core activation.
However, it's also the exercise I probably see done wrong the most.
So, how do we fix it?
Traditional planks have been progressed to increase the time of the hold, i.e last week I could hold it for 30 seconds, now I can do 40. But... some argue the core was not meant to fire for extended periods of time in isolation.
Rather, the deep and superficial muscles of our core need to have the ability to fire with maximal force repeatedly over time.
So, to properly set up for a plank 👉🏻 set elbows directly underneath shoulders with hands either clasped or flat to the floor. Create tension in your upper body by feeling as though you're pulling your shoulder blades down, then keeping a neutral spine extend your legs to be around hip width apart. Focus on squeezing your glutes as much as possible, this will really help develop absolute tension in this movement. In addition almost feel as though you're tucking your pelvis under to avoid anterior pelvic tilt.
Once in this position, breathe deeply and focus on increasing tension with each breath.

骨盤前傾除了令身形不美觀
也會使下背承受很大壓力導致背痛
做運筋很多時會感到下背痛
更嚴重更會令全身及腿部架構變形
所以如果有骨盤前傾的人應該及早治療
希望大家可以每更都堅持做這一套動作
