วันนี้เจอยางยืดสีม่วง เข้ากับกางเกง เลยเอาคลิปออกกำลังกายช่วงบนมาฝาก😁

1️⃣ Spider lunge with rotation x10(each side) - ท่านี้เป็นท่าวอร์มกล้ามเนื้อที่ได้ทั้งตัว + ข้อต่อช่วงอกใน movement ที่เรา twist เปิดตัวขึ้นไป เอาไปใช้ได้ตลอดค่ะ
2️⃣ Band pull apart x12 - ฝึกกล้ามเนื้อไหล่ หลัง กดไหล่ ใช้แรงจากไหล่และบีบสะบักเข้าหากันค่ะ
3️⃣ Push ups x10 - 10 ทีพอ หมดแรง🤣
4️⃣ Tricep extention x12 - ใช้งานกล้ามเนื้อแขนด้านหลังค่ะ มือล่างจับยางล๊อคไว้ แขนบนก็ล๊อคไหล่กับศอกให้เป็นแนวเดียวกันและอยู่จุดเดิมไว้ตลอด จุดหมุนอยู่ที่ข้อศอกค่ะ แขนร้อนเลยท่านี้🤣

Upper Body Day Warmups. Save and use for Later!!

I've compiled 9 of my favourite upper body warm ups for you to try.
.
Here's a video to help you mobilise and stabilise your shoulder area, while activating the right muscles for your upper body day workout. some of the exercises are also great as rehabilitation and re-educating your scapulae. A lot of times, since we don't see our back muscles we may not know how to use them effectively.
The purpose for these warm up activation exercises:
1. Avoid injury
2. Mobilise your shoulder
3. Activate the right muscles to get the most out of your workout.

4. Scapular Retraction
5. Isometric Hold

2.5 months ago I took a step I thought I’d never take in my life- to work my ass off in the gym. There are many things I still can’t do... so please don’t laugh at my trying-very-hard expression 🤣 I think my trainer Lucas was having a hard time doing that, especially when we got to the ropes!!!!!!!!!! 😤
In actual fact, I’ve been feeling a significant change in my body. When I do push-ups, I can now go lower and achieve more reps.
I used to require a huge elastic band for my pull-ups but now it’s getting increasingly easier and I can’t wait for the day I can do a full pull-up on my own. This is a great change and I’m glad I embarked on this journey!
So here’s a little something to track my progress and show (the fitspo in) you what actually goes on in the gym! 😆💯

I've created this workout because I've received lots of feedbacks from you guys requesting an upper body workout without weights. So here you go! Your good old towel can be just as effective as working with dumbbells, resistance band or machines.
Workouts:
1) Shoulder Front Full Raise
2) Lat Pull Down
3) Sliding Push-ups
4) Triceps Pull
5) Bicep Curls
Structure: 50 secs Workout, 10 secs rest - a total of 5 intervals (repeat 3 sets). Rest between 30 - 60 secs between sets.
Total Workout Time: 16 - 17 mins (3 sets)
Important Tip: For an effective workout, be sure to keep your towel straight and tense throughout the workout. Pull the towel harder for more resistance.
