Ayam Rendang Nescafe
1 whole chicken (cut into bite size)
2 tbs Turmeric powder
1 tbs salt
1 tbs oil
-mix well all ingredients to marinate for 20 mins.
*May Buy Curry Chicken Paste from Market vendor or make your own curry paste
Ingredients to be ground
5 red chilis
20dried chilliessoaked
15 shallotspeeled
4 cloves garlic peeled
4 candle nuts (buah keras)
1 inch galangal (lengkuas) peeled cut into small piece
1 inch ginger peeled cut into small pieces
1 inch turmeric(kunyit) peeled cut into small pieces
3 stalks Lemongrass (serai) finely chop
50 ml Oil
- finely blend in food processor
For cooking
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 big potatoes washed peeled cut into bite size
3 bird eye chilis crushed
1 stalks lemongrass(serai) crushed
3 kaffir leaves crushed
2 tbs Tamarind + 100ml warm water
500 ml Water
1 cup grated coconut
1+1/2 teaspoon Nescafe coffee powder
100 ml hot water
2 tsp sugar
Adjust salt to taste.
Method :
1. Heat up oil in wok.
2. Add in marinated chicken pieces, fry two sides until 80 percent cook, remove chicken.
3. Add in potatoes, stir fry constantly until all sides are brown.
4. Add in curry paste and stir fry in medium heat.
5. Add in chicken and continue stir frying.
6. Add in lemon grass, Keffir lime leaves and bird eye chilis. Stir well.
7. Add in tamarind juice and stir well.
8. On high flame, pour in water and bring to boil.
9. Add in grated coconut. Mix well.
10. On low flame, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
11. Open cover, on high heat stir fry until oil floats.
12. Add in coffee. Bring to boil.
13. Stir constantly to reduce gravy.
14. Adjust taste and serve.
Nescafe 仁当鸡
1 只鸡(切小块)
2 tbs 黄姜粉
1 tbs 盐
1 tbs 油
-捞匀腌制20分钟
*可以直接买巴萨的咖喱料也可以自己弄
咖喱料材料
5 只 红辣椒
20只 干辣椒 皱皮的 泡软切短
15 颗小红葱
4 瓣蒜头去皮
4 颗石栗 (buah keras)
1 寸南姜 (lengkuas) 去皮切小块
1 寸老姜 去皮切小块
1 寸 黄姜 (kunyit) 去皮切小块
3 根 香茅 (serai) 细切
50 ml 油
- 在搅拌器里打细。
煮的材料
1/2 杯 油
2 颗马铃薯洗净去皮切小块
3只 红小辣椒 拍打
1 只 香茅(serai) 拍打切开
3 片 疯柑叶 捏一下
2 tbs 阿三膏 + 100ml 温水
500 ml 水
1 cup 椰丝 (原版rendang还会空锅把椰丝炒干。这里我们用没炒过的椰丝)
1+1/2 茶匙 Nescafe 咖啡粉
100 ml 热水
2 tsp 糖
盐调味
Method :
1. 热锅加油.
2. 加入鸡块煎至两面金黄,80%熟,取出。
3. 加入马铃薯,煎至各面金黄。
4. 中火,加入咖喱料炒香,炒出油。
5. 加入鸡块炒匀。
6. 加入香茅,小辣椒,疯柑叶,捞匀炒香。
7. 加入阿三膏水,捞匀。
8. 大火,加水,捞匀,煮滚。
9. 加入椰丝,捞匀。
10. 小火关盖煮20分钟。
11. 开盖,大火煮滚,搅拌至出油开始收干酱汁。
12. 加入咖啡,再次煮滚。
13. 不停搅拌至酱汁收干。
14. 试味,调味。上菜。

Bahan-bahan
6 ulas bawang putih (dicincang)
5 tangkai cili padi (dihiris)
1 cili merah (dihiris)
3 tangkai daun kari
garam (secukup rasa)
gula (secukup rasa)
10 ekor udang
2 sb mentega
1 sk serbuk telur masin
3 biji telur masin
50 ml susu segar
4 sk tepung jagung
1 biji telur
Cara memasak
1. Rebus telur masin dan asingkan telur merah. Ketepikan.
2. Gaul sebati udang bersama sebiji telur dan tepung jagung.
3. Goreng udang menggunakan api sederhana sehingga keperangan. Angkat dan toskan lebihan minyak.
4. Kemudian, cairkan mentega dan tumis bawang putih yang telah dicincang sehingga naik bau.
5. Masukkan daun kari, cili padi, dan cili merah.
6. Masukkan pula serbuk telur masin dan telur masin yang telah dihancurkan.
7. Kacau dan masak sehingga kelihatan berbuih kemudian masukkan susu segar ke dalam.

Buttered Prawn Salted Egg Recipe
Ingredients
6 cloves garlic (minced)
5 stalks bird's eye chili (sliced)
1 red chili (sliced)
3 stalks curry leaves
salt (to taste)
sugar (to taste)
10 prawns
2 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of salted egg powder
3 nos salted eggs
50 ml fresh milk
4 tsp corn flour
1 nos egg
Cooking methods
1. Boil salted egg and separate the egg yolk. Set aside.
2. Mix well shrimp with egg and corn flour.
3. Fried the shrimp using medium heat until golden brown. Remove from heat and drain the excess oil.
4. Next, melt butter and saute minced garlic until fragrant.
5. Add in curry leaves, bird's eye chili and red chili.
6. Put in salted egg powder and mashed salted egg.
7. Stir and cook until bubble form then pour in fresh milk.
8. Mix well and season with salt and sugar to taste.
9. Put the fried shrimp and toss until all parts coated with the gravy.
10. Buttered prawn salted egg is ready to be served.

Resepi Laksa Sardin
Bahan-bahan (Kuah Laksa)
1 tin sardin
3 ulas bawang kecil
3 ulas bawang putih
5 sb pes cili
1/2 inci belacan
3 keping asam keping
2 kuntum bunga kantan
3 tangkai daun kesum
1 liter air
1 sk garam
Bahan-bahan (Ulam/Bahan Sampingan)
1 bungkus mi laksa (rebus)
timun (dihiris)
salad hijau (dihiris)
bawang merah (dihiris)
2 biji telur (rebus)
3 cili padi (dipotong)
Cara memasak
1. Kisar halus bawang kecil, bawang putih, pes cili, belacan dan ikan sardin.
2. Tuangkan ke dalam periuk dan masukkan air. Masak sehingga mendidih.
3. Masukkan asam keping, bunga kantan dan daun kesum. Masak seketika.
4. Perasakan dengan garam dan ketepikan.
5. Rebuskan telur.
6. Laksa: Rendam selama 15 minit dan rebus sehingga laksa lembut. Angkat dan toskan air.
7. Masukkan laksa ke dalam mangkuk kosong, tuang kuah dan gandingkan bersama-sama timun, salad, hirisan bawang, telur dan cili padi.

1 canned sardine
3 shallots

5 tbsp of chili paste
1/2 inch of shrimp paste
3 slices of tamarind slice
2 torch of ginger flowers
3 stalks of kesum leaves
1 litre water
1 tsp of salt
Ingredients (Condiments)
1 pack of laksa noodle (boil)
cucumber (julienne cut)
green salad (sliced)
red onion (sliced)
2 nos eggs (boil)
3 bird’s eye chili (cut)
Cooking methods
1. Blend shallots, garlic, chili paste, shrimp paste and sardine fish until smooth.
2. Pour in the mixture into pot and add in water. Cook until bubbling.
3. Add in tamarind slice, torch ginger flowers and kesum leaves. Cook for while.
4. Seasons with salt to taste and set aside.
5. Boil the eggs.
6. Laksa: Soaked laksa for 15 minutes and boil them to soft. Remove from heat and sieve the water.
7. Place laksa noodle into a bowl, pour in laksa gravy and garnish with slice cucumber, salads, onion, boiled egg and bird’s eye chilies.

5 biji cili api (dipotong kecil)

1 cwn susu cair
2 keping keju cheddar
Minyak masak
Cara memasak
1. Untuk ayam goreng, campurkan tepung goreng serbaguna dan air di dalam satu mangkuk, gaulkan is sehingga sebati.
2. Masukkan dada ayam dan gaulkan sehingga semuanya sebati.
3. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali dan gorengkan ayam sehingga warna bertukar coklat keperangan.
4. Untuk kuah buttermilk, cairkan mentega terlebih dahulu di dalam kuali.
5. Tumiskan bawang merah, bawang putih, cili api dan daun kari sehingga naik bau.
6. Tuangkan susu cair ke dalam kuali dan masak sehingga mendidih.
7. Masukkan pula keju cheddar dan gaulkan semuanya sehingga sebati dan pekat.
8. Setelah itu, masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng ke dalam kuah dan gaulkan sebati.
9. Ayam butttermilk siap untuk dinikmati.

1/3 cup of water
Buttermilk Gravy Ingredients
4 tbsp of butter
1 red onion (sliced)
3 cloves of garlic (sliced)
5 bird's eye chilies (cut into smaller size)
2 strands of curry leaves
1 cup of evaporated milk
2 pcs of cheddar cheese
Cooking oil
Cooking methods
1. For fried chicken, mix all-purpose frying flour and water in a bowl, mix it thoroughly.
2. Add chicken breast and mix it well.
3. Heat cooking oil in a pan and deep fry chicken until it turns into golden brown color.
4. For buttermilk gravy, melt the butter first inside pan.

6. Pour evaporated milk into pan and cook until it boils.
7. Add cheddar cheese and mix it well until becomes thicken.
8. Then, add fried chicken into the gravy and mix it well.
