Mà thực ra để ăn là chính vì C là một con chuyên phá mồi =))) Đi 4 người, bọn mình gọi cũng nhiều món. Bia thì mấy ông kia gọi bia Bỉ uống thử, còn C thì yếu đuối nên uống bia 0 độ thôi 😆 Mình thì ko hiểu về bia nhiều, nhưng mà mấy thanh niên kia thì khen là bia ngon, nồng độ cao mà uống vào lắm.
Mực nướng sa tế là ngon nhất, thơm thịt và tươi, ướp sốt vừa vặn. Bò xốt tiêu đen làm tái vừa nên ăn ko bị dai, ngọt thịt 🤤 Mỗi tội nhược điểm của cả 2 món này là đầu bếp thái dính nhau nên hơi khó gắp, chắc do đông khách nên vội. Gà xào hạt điều ăn khá vui, hợp để uống bia. Salad lườn ngỗng ăn ổn, giải ngấy tốt. Well mostly to eat, cuz I am not really into drinking. We went in a group of 4, my friends tried a Belgium's beer, I only got a 0% beer cuz I was curious 😅 I don't know much about beer, but the guys liked it a lot, strong but not overdosed.
The best dish was the Grilled Squid with sẩy sauce, generous amount of food, tasted fresh. The beef dish was cooked nicely, tender and juicy 😗 The only problem they both got was the chef didn't slice them carefully, so they all stuck together, maybe because they were in a hurry cuz the place was filled with costumers 😅 Stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts was an interesting dish to try, it went so nice with beers. Nice smoked goose breast salad. The fries were okay-ish, we thought they would be drenched in cheese sauce, but actually the sauce was on the side 🥺
Beside the cool Hong Kong aesthetic, this place has nice food and wide menu of beers. We even got 20% discount in the total bill, from more than 700k total to 575k 🍻

Resepi Milo Rice Bar Berbadam
Bahan-bahan
90 gm mentega
1 cawan serbuk Milo
120 gm marshmallow
100 gm bertih beras
15 gm susu pekat
30 gm badam (dihancurkan)
100 gm coklat putih
2 sb minyak jagung
50 gm coklat susu coin
Cara memasak
1. Cairkan mentega pada suhu sederhana. Kemudian, masukkan susu pekat dan kacau sebati.
2. Tambahkan serbuk Milo dan teruskan mengacau sehingga sebati.
3. Masukkan pula marshmallow dan kacaunya hingga cair.
4. Kemudian, masukkan bertih beras dan badam yang telah dihancurkan.
5. Kacau seketika dan tuangkan campuran tersebut ke dalam loyang empat segi yang telah dialas baking paper. Tekan sedikit supaya campuran menjadi padat dan biarkan seketika.
6. Seterusnya, cairkan coklat putih di dalam microwave selama 30 saat. Keluarkan dan tambahkan minyak jagung. Kacau seketika dan masukkan semula ke dalam microwave sehingga semuanya larut.
7. Tuangkan coklat putih ke atas permukaan rice bar yang telah set. Selepas itu, taburkan kepingan badam di atas. Biarkan coklat putih set sepenuhnya.
8. Cairkan pula coklat susu coin sehingga larut dan corakkan di atas permukaan coklat putih menggunakan piping bag. Biarkan set di dalam peti ais.
9. Keluarkan Milo Rice Bar daripada loyang dan potong mengikut saiz kesukaan masing-masing.
10. Milo Rice Bar Berbadam siap untuk dihidangkan.

Crunchy Almond Milo Rice Bar Recipe, Perfect Snack During Work From Home
In love with chocolaty snacks? Hah, you should try this recipe. The combination of chocolate, marshmallows and rice bubbles is really superb! One is never enough!
Almond Milo Rice Bar Recipe
Ingredients
90 gm butter
1 cup of Milo powder
120 gm marshmallows
100 gm rice bubbles
15 gm condensed milk
30 gm almonds
100 gm white chocolate
2 tbsp corn oil
50 gm milk chocolate coins
Cooking methods
1. Melt butter over low heat. Then, put in condensed milk and stir well.
2. Add Milo powder and keep stirring until all combine.
3. Then, add marshmallow and stir until nicely melted.
4. Put in rice bubbles and almond chunks.
5. Keep stirring until well combined and pour the mixture into a square mold that has been layered with baking paper. Press down the mixture till flat and let them set aside.
6. After that, melt white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds. Take them out and add corn oil. Stir well and reheat in the microwave until everything is dissolved.
7. Pour the white chocolate on top of the rice bar and let them set. Then, sprinkle some almond flakes on top.
8. Next, melt the milk chocolate coins and drizzle them on top of the white chocolate layer. Chill in the fridge for a while.
9. Once set, take out the Milo rice bar and cut it into the desired sizes.
10. Crunchy Almond Milo Rice Bar is ready to be served.

チョコレートが美味しいこれからの季節!
ミルキーウェイの中のココア(チョコ)ホイップのおかげか、ふんわりとしたスポンジタイプのカップケーキが焼けました。なんたってパッケージがかわいい チョコレートバーのミルキーウェイ。その可愛さに負けないように100円ショップのセリアで買ったロシア口金(3D口金)を使ってホイップクリームをかわいく、たっぷり絞ってみました。
*レシピ*(底径59✕高さ50ミリ 150cc のカップ 3個分)
1.ミルキーウェイ ミニ 2個(24g)に水 小さじ 1/2を加え、600wの電子レンジで様子を見ながら20秒ほど加熱し溶かす。
2.室温に戻した無塩バター 75gを柔らかくする。
3.グラニュー糖 50gを入れ混ぜる。
4.卵 1個を溶きほぐし、(3)に数回に分けて加え、その都度混ぜる。
5.冷めた(1)を加え混ぜる。
6.薄力粉 90g、ココアパウダー 10g、ベーキングパウダー 小さじ 1/2を合わせ混ぜる。
7.(5)に(6)の1/2量をふるい入れ、さっくりと混ぜる。
8.牛乳 25gを入れ、さっくりと混ぜる。
9.(6)の残り半量を(8)にふるい入れ、さっくりと混ぜる。
10.型(100円ショップ キャンドゥで購入)に100gずつ入れる。(少し多かったので焼いた時、溢れました。)
11.180℃に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。竹串を刺して何も付いてこなければ焼き上がりです。
12.生クリーム 200mlに加糖練乳 20gを固めに泡立てる。
13.冷めた(11)に(12)を絞り出し、カップケーキにあわせて小さく切ったミルキーウェイ ミニ 1個を飾る。
14.でけた。ずっしりしたミルキーウェイを使った、ふんわりスポンジタイプのカップケーキが焼けました。冷やすとしっとりするので、そちらの食べ方もオススメです。ちなみにミルキーウェイは「おかしのまちおか」 やSEIYUで買いました。
As all of you may have imagined, we were actually supposed to upload this video on Tanabata (we forgot... oops). However, chocolate becomes delicious starting with this season, right?!
Maybe it's because of the cocoa (chocolate) whip inside the Milky Way, but we were able to bake soft, spongy cupcakes. Milky Way is a chocolate bar with very cute packaging. In order to match this cuteness, we squeezed out lots of whipped cream in a cute way using this Russian tip (3D tip) that we bought at the Seria 100 yen shop.
*Recipe* (3 150cc cupcakes with a bottom radius of 59mm and height of 50mm)
1. Add 1/2 a teaspoon of water to 2 mini Milky Way bars (24g) and heat it for about 20 seconds in a 600w microwave to melt it while watching how it reacts.
2. Soften 75g of unsalted butter that has been brought back to room temperature.
3. Add 50g of granulated sugar and stir.
4. Beat 1 egg and add it to (3) a little bit at a time, stirring each time.
5. Add (1) after it has been cooled and stir.
6. Mix 90g of weak flour, 10g of cocoa powder, and 1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder and stir.
7. Sift and add 1/2 of (6) into (5) and stir quickly.
8. Add 25g of milk and stir quickly.
9. Sift and add the remaining half of (6) into (8) and stir quickly.
10. Add 100g each (this was a bit much, so it spilled when backing) into the mold (purchased at the Can Do 100 yen shop).
11. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven that has been pre-heated to 180℃. It is done if you poke it with a bamboo skewer and nothing sticks.
12. Add 20g of sweetened condensed milk to 200ml of cream and allow it to foam densely.
13. Squeeze (12) onto (11) after it cools, and decorate them with 1 mini Milky Way that has been cut to the size of the cupcakes.
14. All done. Soft, spongy cupcakes with plenty of Milky Ways have been baked. It becomes moist when it cools, and this way of eating it is also recommended. By the way, we bought the Milky Way bars at “Okashi no Machioka” and SEIYU.
