Nessa had a regressed version. Bare in mind she hasn't worked out for more than a month and she could still keep up. Good job!! She did this for 2 rounds.

I love working my back! Just loveee. The seated row is one of my fav back exercises cause it's just straight up and not too complicated. Here I'm doing a stretched seated row. It works the back differently and by stretching more you recruit more muscle fibres.

One thing I tell my girls is to think bout using your lats. Cause the common problem I see are the traps (shoulder area) going up. I used to have that problem too. The trick i use is to roll the shoulders back. Think of decompressing your scapula by bringing the shoulders down. And squeeze your scapula together. You should feel your mid back.
