终于有新的youtube workout video了。我昨天才做的一组运动。Focus在翘臀动作。启动臀部肌肉很重要。你可以做很多的squat深蹲,但是如果没有activate好臀部肌肉,其实work到多一点的是大腿肌肉,所以别说为什么深蹲越做腿越粗哦。
activation是很重要的。ressistance band可以帮到你。
Repeat for 3-5 sets. Do it slow and controlled.

Ladies to grow glutes. Just remember these 3 points:
- Eat Well
You cant be starving or eating like a bird (as pretty as you want to be) if you want to grow glute. Body needs fuel and your booty obviously needs fuel to grow as that is your BIGGEST muscle group in the body. Remember to always put wholesome foods first.
- Lift Heavy and Lotsa Volume
Ladies you want your booty gains? You have to learn how activate your glutes and lift heavy shit! I dont mean just squats ( truth be told that doesn't really activate glutes as much as you'd like) HIP THRUSTing is the way to go, plus glute bridges, pull throughs, deadlifts, kettlebells swings! You want it to grow you need to use heavy weights not little tiny ones. Your glutes ladies are strong know your booty worth!!! 😉
- Consistency and Hardwork
Growing your booty will take time. It's not impossible but be patient, be consistent and train smart.

ถ้าเล่นบอดี้เวทแล้วรู้สึกง่ายไป นี่เลยค่ะ เพิ่มยางยืดเข้าไปก็จะยากท้าทายขึ้นไปอีก

✨ข้อดีของการใช้ยางยืดก็คือ
1️⃣มีหลายไซส์หลายแรงต้านเราสามารถเลือกได้ตามความฟิตของตัวเองยิ่งหนักยิ่งยาก
2️⃣ฝึกตัวเองให้ทำท่ายากได้ เช่นถ้า triceps dip, pull up, push-up ถ้าเบายิ่งยากเพราะแรงช่วยน้อย
3️⃣ทำให้ได้ใช้กล้ามเนื้อเล็กๆที่ปกติแทบจะไม่ได้บริหารเลย
4️⃣นอกจากเพิ่มความแข็งแรงแล้วช่วยเรื่องการทรงตัวและเคลื่อนไหวของข้อต่อให้สุดด้วย

3. work on imbalances betwen left and right side of the body.
Do follow the tempo and keep thinking about the muscle you want to work and I guarantee you will and ache the next day :)
