I'm a lucky person who happens to attend the same gym with, my coach, kenneth Lo! From a bystander admiring his monstrous Olympic lifting skills to becoming one of his students, I courageously stepped into the 12 weeks body transformation & mentorship program.
To be very honest, Kenneth's program is of no joke & no BS! It's the most hard-core & most challenging training I've ever been through...thought of quitting in the first 3 weeks! Luckily I tried to toughen up myself & finished every bits & pieces of it. Isn't this part of the learning process? To train up both your body & at the same time, your will power as well!
In the program, skills & techniques of my lifts got polished. I became much stronger & more confident in powerlifting. Physically, I amazed myself by, on the one hand, cutting so much weight, while on the other hand, got much stronger & be able to perform better in all my lifts than before.
Being a regular gym goer, I'm a girl who likes to be lean & strong instead of just out right skinniness, this 12 weeks program had done magic! Trainers nowadays always like to say 如何減脂不減肌… the person who can lead you down this road is quote "#AskKenneth"!
Through a proper workout & nutrition plan, I learned a lot in nutrition, dieting, stress control, workout paradigms etc. which can help to achieve different goals & purposes.
Now, I progressed from being a bystander watching Kenneth doing Olympic lifting into a beginner of learning how to do it myself. So glad that I had embarked on this amazing journey & will keep on training hard to see what new challenges await.

Can I drink alcohol 🍺 if my goal is body composition transformation?
The answer should not be DEPENDS,
my answer is NO. 100%. Period.
Here are my reasons:
1️⃣ If you ask this question before getting start of the transformation, you literally FAIL already.
If you ask me can you have ”cheat meal” at the beginning of transformation, you fail already, because you don't have the right mindset.
2️⃣ By the way, I don't drink alcohol. I have zero interest of it. But I know one thing, anyone would track how much alcohol did he drink, especially when he was high?
Hell no.
Nobody would count.
The people usually drink all night. This is the fact.
3️⃣ If I said YES, they could drink alcohol during the transformation, they would drink from 8pm to next morning 6am.
That’s why you can see some folks lying on the street in the early morning, especially Central, Hong Kong.
4️⃣ If your goal is transformation, you should have a laser focus.
Body composition transformation is hard work. It's a 24/7 duty. If you put alcohol in front of you, it means you make the process even harder. And you put yourself in the temptation.
I don't get it.
5️⃣ Here is an example
A client went to drink on Friday and Saturday evening, of course, he would hangover on Sunday. He came to train on Monday, oh boy, his performance was shit, no energy, no stamina, high body fat. He was frustrated. He felt guilty. He took 2 days to recover. It was Wednesday. Then train 3 sessions, he went to drink on Friday again. Fuxk!
Honestly, I don't mind to train him as long as he kept paying me with a top rate of coaching fee.
