4 cawan air (guna cawan yg sama sukat beras
hiris bawang merah dan putih agak2
sedikit 4 sekawan kayu manis, bunga lawang, biji pelaga, bunga cengkih.
sedikit daun pudina
1 biji tomato di potong 4
1 sudu minyak sapi
setengah senduk minyak masak
Panaskan minyak masak dgn minyak sapi kemudian masukkan bawang yg telah dihiris bersama 4 sekawan tumis sampai naik bau, masuk rempah beriani yg sudah dibancuh sedikit air. tumis sampai naik minyak, bila rencah dah pecah minyak masukkan 3 sudu kecil garam dan perasa, baru masuk 1 cawan air, bila dah nak didih masuk ayam, kacau dan tutup biar ayam cpt masak, agak2 ayam dah masak masukkan daun pudina dan tomato diatas ayam tak perlu kacau. terus masukkan beras yg sudah dibasuh lalu masukkan air 3 cawan ratakan dan tutup biar didih sehingga kering 😋😋
Bila dah kering kecikkan api, titikkan pewarna kuning diatas. nasi jangan kacau terus tutup biarkan nasi betul2 kering dan masak. dah kering baru gaulkan

Resepi Nasi Kandaq
✨Nasi
-Basuh beras dan ketepikan.
-Tumis daun pandan, 3sekawan dan serbuk kunyit menggunakan butter. Masukkan garam dan sedikit gula.
Jika ada pewarna kuning, boleh letak sedikit untuk naikkan warna.
-Kemudian masukkan beras. Masak sebentar di atas dapur.
-Kemudian pindahkan ke dlm rice cooker.

Cara-cara👇
👉Hiris kasar bawang putih, bawang merah dan halia. Tumbuk halus dalam lesung batu.
👉Panaskan minyak dalam ½ mangkuk kecil. Kita perlukan minyak secukupnya supaya rempah masak dengan sempurna.
👉Tumis rempah 4 sekawan iaitu bunga cengkih, bunga lawang, buah pelaga dan bunga cengkih.
👉Masukkan 1-2 tangkat daun kari. Wangi kalau kita masukkan daun kari dalam tumisan.
👉Setelah itu masukkan bahan tumbuk halus, kacau sehingga kekuningan dan naik bau.
Masukkkan bancuhan rempah kurma ke dalam kuali. Kacau sehingga rempah kering dan pecah minyak.
👉Setelah kering, masukkan sedikit air. Setelah kering kali ke 2, Che Nom tambah sedikit air putih…kalau anda rajin ulang langkan ni sebanyak 2-3 kali sampai rempah kita betul2 masak.
👉Masukkan ayam yang sudah dibersihkan, anggaran ½ ekor.
👉Masukkan karot dan kentang yang dipotong dadu besar
👉Tambah 1 mangkuk kecil santan cair. Kalau anda guna santan kotak, boleh masukkan air putih je pada waktu ni.
👉Masukkan juga 1 biji bawang besar yg dibelah 6.
👉Bila dah agak empuk karot dan kentang, buka penutup kuali dan masukkan santan pekat, anggaran 1 mangkuk kecil.
👉Masukkan tomato yang dibelah 4 tadi, cili merah, cili hijau dan cili padi.
👉Masukkan sedikit air asam jawa. Kalau nak ganti dengan asam keping pun boleh.
Perasakan dengan garam secukupnya.

1 sk pewarna hijau
Bahan-bahan (Kari Ayam)
1 biji kentang (dipotong dadu)
500 gm isi ayam (dipotong kecil)
1/2 cwn minyak masak
200 ml santan
1/2 cwn air (ikut kepekatan kuah)
1/2 sb garam
1/4 cwn air limau nipis
8 sb rempah kari daging
2 sb serbuk cili
sedikit air
Bahan-bahan untuk dikisar
4 biji bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
sedikit air
Bahan-bahan untuk ditumis
2 tangkai daun kari
2 batang kayu manis
2 kuntum bunga lawang

Cara memasak (Roti Jala)
1. Masukkan tepung gandum, telur, air, susu dan garam ke dalam pengisar.
2. Kisar bahan-bahan sehingga halus.
3. Bahagikan adunan tersebut ke dalam dua mangkuk.
4. Warnakan setiap satu adunan dengan pewarna merah jambu dan hijau. Masukkan adunan merah jambu ke dalam botol picit dan adunan hijau ke dalam piping bag.
5. Panaskan non-stick pan dengan api perlahan. Picit adunan merah membentuk garisan melintang. Kemudian, lakarkan garisan berombak. Titiskan tiga titis adunan hijau di bahagian atas garisan berombak membentuk daun.

7. Kacau seketika selama 2-3 minit dan tambahkan air limau nipis. Masak sehingga ubi kentang dan ayam menjadi empuk.
8. Tambahkan santan dan perasakan dengan garam. Tunggu sehingga mendidih dan siap untuk dihidangkan.

1 tsp of salt
1 nos egg
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of fresh milk
1 tsp of pink food coloring
1 tsp of green food coloring
Ingredients (Chicken Curry)
1 potato (diced)
500 gm chicken fillet (cut into small pieces)
1/2 cup of cooking oil
200 ml coconut milk
1/2 cup of water (according to the gravy consistency)
1/2 tbsp of salt
1/4 cup of key lime juice
8 tbsp of meat curry powder
2 tbsp of chili powder
bit of water
Ingredients for grinding
4 onions
4 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
bit of water
Ingredients for saute
2 stalks of curry leaves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
3 cardamoms
1 onion (sliced)
Note: Make the curry powder paste first before cooking to get an even curry gravy consistency.
Cooking methods (Net Crepes)
1. Put all-purpose flour, egg, water, milk and salt in a blender.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth in texture.
3. Divide the batter into two bowls.
4. Color each batter with pink and green food coloring. Pour pink batter into a squeeze bottle and green batter into a piping bag.
5. Heat non-stick pan to low heat. Squeeze pink batter forming horizontal line. Then, draw wavy line. Drop three dots of green batter at the top of wavy line to forming leaves.
6. Let it be for 1-2 minutes or until fully cooked.
7. Remove and roll to rose shape.
Cooking methods (Chicken Curry)
1. Mix curry powder and chili powder with bit of water to make a paste.
2. Grind garlic, onion, and ginger with water until smooth.
3. Heat the oil, saute curry leaves, cinnamon sticks, cardamoms, star anise and onion until fragrant.
4. Add in grinded ingredients and stir for a while until golden.
5. Add in curry paste. Continue sauteing until the oil separates (add water if it is too dry to avoid burnt).
6. Add in chicken pieces and potatoes.
7. Stir for about 2-3 minutes and add in key lime juice. Cook until potatoes and chicken are tender.
8. Add in coconut milk and season with salt. Bring to a boil and it is ready to be served.

200 ml santan

Cara memasak
1. ROTI PURI: Gaulkan tepung, minyak, gula, yis dan garam di dalam bekas.
2. Kemudian, masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit. Gaul rata dan uli sampai adunan tidak melekat pada tangan dan menjadi doh yang lembut.
3. Tutup mangkuk dengan plastik dan rehatkan doh selama 15 minit.

4. Once the dough is risen, remove the dough so that it will be easier to knead.
5. Round the dough into a mini ball and roll dough until thin.
6. Heat oil, deep fry until puffy and yellowish.
7. CHICKEN CURRY: Mix curry powder and chili powder with bit of water to make a paste.
8. Heat the oil, saute sauteing ingredients until fragrant.
9. Add in grinded ingredients and stir for a while until golden.
10. Add in curry paste. Continue sauteing until the oil separates (add water if it is too dry to avoid burnt).
11. Add in chicken pieces and stir for about 2-3 minutes.
12. Add in potatoes, coconut milk and key lime juice. Cook until potatoes and chicken are tender.
13. Bring to a boil and season with salt.

Resepi Kari Ayam Pekat Lazat | Delicious Thick Chicken Curry Recipe

Bahan-bahan
1 biji kentang (dipotong dadu)
500 gm isi ayam (dipotong kecil)
1/2 cwn minyak masak
200 ml santan
1/2 cwn air (ikut kepekatan kuah)
1/2 sb garam
1/4 cwn air limau nipis
8 sb rempah kari daging
2 sb serbuk cili
Sedikit air
Bahan-bahan untuk dikisar
4 biji bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
Sedikit air
Bahan-bahan untuk ditumis
2 tangkai daun kari
2 batang kayu manis
2 kuntum bunga lawang
3 buah pelaga
1 biji bawang merah (dihiris)
Nota: Bancuh rempah kari terdahulu sebelum masak untuk mendapatkan kepekatan kuah kari sekata.
Cara memasak
1. Bancuh rempah kari dan serbuk cili dengan sedikit air untuk dijadikan pes.
2. Kisarkan kesemua bahan yang perlu dikisar.
3. Panaskan minyak, tumiskan bahan tumisan sehingga naik bau.
4. Masukkan bahan kisar dan kacau seketika sehingga kekuningan.
5. Masukkan pes kari. Teruskan menumis hingga pecah minyak (tambahkan air jika terlalu kering untuk mengelakkan hangit).
6. Masukkan ayam dan kentang.
7. Kacau seketika selama 2-3 minit dan tambahkan air limau nipis. Masak sehingga ubi kentang dan ayam menjadi empuk.
8. Tambahkan santan dan perasakan dengan garam. Tunggu sehingga mendidih dan siap untuk dihidangkan.

Ingredients
1 potato (diced)
500 gm chicken fillet (cut into small pieces)
1/2 cup of cooking oil
200 ml coconut milk
1/2 cup of water (according to the gravy consistency)
1/2 tbsp of salt
1/4 cup of key lime juice
8 tbsp of meat curry powder
2 tbsp of chili powder
Bit of water
Ingredients for grinding
4 onions
4 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
Bit of water
Ingredients for saute
2 stalks of curry leaves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
3 cardamoms
1 onion (sliced)
Note: Make the curry powder paste first before cooking to get an even curry gravy consistency.
Cooking methods
1. Mix curry powder and chili powder with bit of water to make a paste.
2. Grind all ingredients needed.
3. Heat the oil, saute sauteing ingredients until fragrant.
4. Add in grinded ingredients and stir for a while until golden.
5. Add in curry paste. Continue sauteing until the oil separates (add water if it is too dry to avoid burnt).
6. Add in chicken pieces and potatoes.
7. Stir for about 2-3 minutes and add in key lime juice. Cook until potatoes and chicken are tender.
8. Add in coconut milk and season with salt. Bring to a boil and it is ready to be served.
