🚨VHC Hot Dog Milk Bread Recipe🚨

Ingredients:
• 2 1/2 cups bread flour
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 pack of instant yeast (1/4 oz pack or about 2 tsp)
• 3 tbsp soften unsalted butter
• 3 tbsp bread flour + 1/2 cup water to make tangzhong mix
• 6 beef hot dogs
• extra bread flour for dusting
• 1 egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp water)
Steps:
1. Make tangzhong mix by adding bread flour and water in a small pan on medium heat. Mix well until mixture is smooth and thick like pudding. Turn off heat and set aside to cool.
2. Combine bread flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast. Stir dry ingredients evenly.
3. Make a well in the middle and add milk, egg, butter and tangzhong mix. Knead dough for about 15 min or until dough is soft and smooth. I used my kitchen aid mixer and this helped reduced time.
4. Place dough in large, greased bowl with a plastic cover wrap on top or a damp towel.
5. Let dough rise for 1 hour in a warm area.
6. Flour surface area and divide dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and cover.
7. Work with one piece at a time. Roll out the ball into a long oval enough to cover the length of the hot dog. Place one hot dog in the center of the dough and wrap it until fully covered. Pinch to seal and roll the dough back and forth to create an even log. Place in a baking sheet with parchment paper or baking mat.
8. Repeat until all 6 hot dogs are done.
9. With a scissor (angle it to where the handle is pointing towards you), cut the dough one slice at a time. Make about 8 cuts. Do not cut through the dough.
10. For every cut you make into the dough, lift the slice up and alternate left and right to create the flower shape.
11. Let your dough rest in a warm area for 30 min.
12. Bake bread at 330F degrees until lightly golden (about 20 min). Remove from oven and brush with egg wash on just the bread part (avoid brushing it on the hot dog). Place back in the oven and bake until golden brown brown on top (about 10 min).

My first #pompompurin #onigiri inspired by my recent trip to Taipei's Pompom Purin Cafe.
Has anyone visited that place before? We did a walk in during tea time n were lucky to gain entrance. Waffles n pudding were not too bad.
Sharing also the recipe of pork patty here. It's really easy to pack into the bento box and if you are afraid of doing stir frying like me, you can always oven baked the patties. They taste as great and do not need oil for cooking!
Recipe for pork patties:
Ingredients:
Minced pork 200-250g
Onion 1/2 (minced)
Egg 1
Corn flour 1-2 TBS
Bread crumbs 1 TBS
Salt, pepper, soy sauce to taste
Method:
Preheat oven at 200C.
Mix all of the ingredients well using hand.
Divide the mixture into 8-10 equal portions.
Using hand, mould the mixture into round shape and place them onto a lined baking tray.
Bake for 15-20 mins.
Turn all the parties n continue baking for another 15-20 mins depending on your oven.

This french pudding is rich, creamy and wonderful. The silky and rich texture is a little like chocolate mousse and chocolate custard. How to make Crème Au Chocolat French Pudding
Here is the Crème Au Chocolat French Pudding Recipe
☞ Yield: Serve 5, we use 140ml pudding cup
✎ Ingredients
milk 150ml
whipping cream 200ml
70% bittersweet chocolate 100g
egg yolk 3
granulated sugar 60g
rum 5g
*You can garnish with whipped cream and shaving chocolate
✎ Instructions
1. Cut the chocolate into small chunks.
2. In a saucepan, slowly cook the whipping cream and milk over medium-low heat, and stir continuously until simmer but not boiling. Remove from heat.
3. Add chocolate chunks into the saucepan, stir occasionally until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and fully incorporated.
4. In a large mixing bowl, add 3 egg yolks, sugar and rum ,whisk together until mixed well.
5. Pour 1/3 chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, gently whisk.
6. Slowly add the rest of the chocolate mixture while continuously whisking.
7. Sieve the mix into a jug. Then fill the pudding mixture to 2/3 height of the cup. It’s about 80ml.
8. Next, fill room temp water into the baking dish to the level of 1/2 of the height of the chocolate mixture.
9. Preheat the oven to 160C, bake for 35~40 minutes.
10. Once baked, carefully remove the cups from the baking dish. Let cool completely before covering with wrap and refrigerating.
11. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving or overnight. For serving, you can top with whipped cream and chocolate shaving.

This is how to make an interesting and unusual dessert using the cute silicone molds of Winnie the Pooh from Daiso, a 100 yen store. Try baking it with something of your choice in between.
*Recipe* (for 6 pieces)
The steps 1 to 3 are different from those in the video, but I recommend this method.
1. Put 30g of granulated sugar and 45g of cornstarch in a pan and mix.
2. Add 3 egg yolks and mix.
3. Add 375g of milk and a few drops of vanilla oil and mix.
4. Place over heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. The mixture will thicken rapidly, so be careful not to overheat! The thinner than the one in the video it is, the easier it will be to do the rest of the work.
5. Put it in a piping bag. Check the heat resistant temperature of the piping bag.
6. Squeeze to about half of the mold.
7. Add whatever you like. This time, I put a piece of torn cheese cut into a suitable size and cream cheese.
The dough tastes like a hybrid of custard cream and pudding. Of course, you don't have to pinch anything. In that case, I think you can increase the amount of sugar by about 10g.
8. Squeeze the remaining dough.
9. Cool and harden in the freezer for about 2 hours.

1.鍋にグラニュー糖 30g、コーンスターチ 45gを入れ混ぜる。
2.卵黄 3個も入れ混ぜる。
3.牛乳 375gとバニラオイル 数滴を入れ混ぜる。
4.火にかけ、トロッとするまで混ぜながら加熱する。急激にとろみが付くので火加減に注意してください!動画よりも、とろみがゆるい方がこの後の作業をしやすいです。
5.絞り袋に入れる。絞り袋の耐熱温度を確認してください。
6.型のおよそ半分まで絞り入れる。
7.お好みのものを入れる。今回、さけるチーズ 1本を適当な大きさに切ったものとクリームチーズを入れてみました。
生地はカスタードクリームとプリンのハイブリッドみたいな味です。もちろん何も挟まなくてもOK。その場合、砂糖の量を10gほど増やしてもいいと思います。
8.残りの生地を絞り入れる。
9.冷凍庫で2時間程、冷やし固める。
10.型から取り出す。
11.卵黄 1個に小さじ 1の水を加え混ぜたものを表面に塗る。
12.200℃に予熱したオーブンで12分から15分焼く。
13.でけた。
工事の音がうるさくてこまった〜。

Cara memasak
1. Kek: Dengan menggunakan mesin pengadun, pukul telur sehingga kembang kemudian masukkan gula aising sedikit demi sedikit sehinggga sebati. Kemudian, masukkan esen vanila.
2. Ayakkan tepung jagung, tepung naik sendiri, serbuk penaik ke dalam dan kacau sebati menggunakan teknik kaup-balik.
3. Kemudian, tuangkan minyak jagung dan kacau sebati.
4. Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang kek yang dialaskan dengan baking paper.
5. Bakar pada suhu 160 selama 30-40 minit.
6. Keluarkan dan sejukkan kek seketika. Ketepikan.
7. Telur Putih Keju: Pukul krim keju, gula aising, susu segar, esen vanila, dan esen mangga.
8. Pukul sehingga kembang dan larut. Ketepikan.
9. Puding Telur Merah: Masak air sehingga mendidih dan masukkan serbuk puding mangga.
10. Masak sehingga larut dan tuangkan campuran tersebuk ke dalam mangkuk.

2. Sieve corn flour, self raising flour, baking powder and mix everything well using folding technique.
3. Then, pour in corn oil and mix everything well.
4. Pour the batter into cake mold that layered with baking paper.
5. Bake at 160 for 30-40 minutes.
6. Take out from the oven and let them cool. Set aside.
7. Egg White Cheese: Beat cream cheese, icing sugar, fresh milk, vanilla essence and mango essence.
8. Beat until the mixture fluffy and dissolve. Set aside.
9. Egg Yolk Pudding: Cook water until boiling and add in mango pudding powder.
10. Cook until the powder dissolve and pour the mixture into mold.
11. Let them set inside fridge for while.
12. Then, pour the egg white cheese and put the mango pudding at center of the cake.
13. Egg fried cake is ready to be served.
