These routines should take 6-8 minutes to complete. If you need more than 8 minutes it could mean you are resting too much or you may need to lower the reps. If you are finishing in like 3 minutes it could mean you are rushing the movements and not doing them in a controlled way :p Slow down! OR it could just mean you need to increase your reps.
